Delete your account

Account deletion is done in the Yonne app on your phone, not on this website. Use the steps below in the app to delete your account and associated data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account (in the app)

  1. Open the Yonne app on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings (profile or menu).
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Request a one-time code (OTP) to be sent to your phone or email.
  5. Enter the OTP when prompted to confirm your identity.
  6. Confirm deletion. Your account and data will then be scheduled for removal.

Before you delete

  • Any active or pending deliveries linked to your account may be affected.
  • Wallet balance and transaction history will be removed.
  • We may retain some data as required by law (e.g. for tax or disputes).
